The true meaning of evil eye jewelry dates back to ancient civilizations. The Evil Eye charm is traditionally a talisman that symbolizes protection. In many cultures it's thought that the Evil Eye can protect against harm or evil intention and negativity.

A beautiful quality gold-plated heart (just under 1” long”) boasts a protective evil eye adorned with a tiny turquoise gem center. Our few gold-plated items are lead, cadmium, and nickel free. The pendant hangs from our favorite gold stainless steel paperclip chain. Pendant hangs with a one chain link drop from the rest of the chain. Choose your favorite length. All chains include a 2” extender chain on the back + lobster clasp closure. All jump rings are expertly welded in house so no pulled apart pieces to worry about. Wearability: Your PVD chain is waterproof, but the plated charm should not be worn in water for extended time. We recommend removing this  jewelry before exposing to water. With proper care, your piece should last you for a few years. 

Care instructions: if your jewelry is looking dull from lotion or skin oil buildup, give it a quick rinse on warm water and a mild hand soap. Dry with a soft cloth.
